- Noodles 200g
- 🦐 Shrimp 150g (peeled)
- 🍅 Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
- 🧀 Cheese 50g (shredded)
- 🥚 Egg 1
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper to taste
- Olive oil 2 tbsp

Boil noodles in a pot of water and drain well.

Add olive oil to a pan and sauté the shrimp until cooked through, then set aside.

In the same pan, add tomatoes and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
