BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 3 bell peppers (90g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
LANGKAH
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove stems and seeds.
Pat the fried tofu with paper towels to remove excess oil, then cut into 1 cm wide strips.
In a microwave-safe container, mix the seasoning ingredients (salt, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water). Add the bell peppers and tofu, mixing well to coat.
Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes, until the bell peppers are tender. Let cool slightly before serving.
