- Daikon 1/2 (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 🍗 Chicken thigh 300g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
Seasonings
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 🍯 Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Mirin 2 tablespoons
- Dashi stock 200ml

Peel the daikon and cut it into rough chunks. Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.

Add dashi stock to a pot and heat over medium heat. Add the daikon and chicken, then simmer.

Skim off any scum, then add soy sauce, sugar, and mirin. Lower the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
