BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fish cake (100g)
- 🥬 1/8 head napa cabbage (320g)
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
LANGKAH
Separate napa cabbage leaves. Cut the core into bite-sized pieces diagonally and the leaves into larger bite-sized pieces.
Cut the fish cake into bite-sized pieces.
In a frying pan, add all the seasonings (☆) and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the napa cabbage, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the fish cake and simmer for another 3 minutes. Drizzle sesame oil over the dish before serving.
