- 🥬 Daikon half (peeled and sliced into rounds)

- 🧂 Sugar 1 tbsp
- Mirin 1 tbsp
- 💧 Water 300ml
LANGKAH
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan, lightly sauté the pork, and then remove it.
Add the daikon to the frying pan and heat until both sides are slightly browned.
Add water, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to the frying pan, return the pork, and simmer over medium heat.
Once the broth has reduced and the daikon is tender, the dish is complete.
