BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- ๐ 100g sliced pork
Tofu
- ๐ข 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- ๐ง 1/2 stalk white part of green onion
- ๐ 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Seasonings
- ๐ง 1/2 tbsp sugar
- ๐ง 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- ๐ง 100cc water
LANGKAH
Slice the green onion into 1cm diagonal pieces and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Cut the fried tofu into 6 equal pieces.
In a bowl, mix the pork with the seasonings (sugar, soy sauce, and water). Add the tofu, green onion, and mushrooms. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes.
Lightly stir the mixture, cover again, and let it sit for 3 minutes.
