LANGKAH
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces.
Add the pumpkin, dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to a pot.
Heat the pot over medium heat. Once boiling, lower the heat to simmer, cover with a drop lid, and cook for about 15 minutes.
Pierce the pumpkin with a skewer to check tenderness. Once soft, turn off the heat and let it sit to absorb the flavors.
