BAHAN-BAHAN
Fish
- 🐟 2 sardines (300g)
Vegetables
- 1 piece ginger
- 🧅 5cm green onion
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 💧 200cc water
LANGKAH
Cut off the heads of the sardines. Slice the belly slightly to remove the guts, and wash thoroughly.
Slice the ginger thinly. Cut the green onion lengthwise, remove the core, slice thinly, and soak in water to make white hair-like strips.
In a pot, add the seasonings (☆) and ginger, and bring to a boil. Add the sardines and bring to a boil again. Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add miso to the pot and mix. Cover with the drop lid again and simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve the sardines on a plate, pour the remaining sauce from the pot over them, and garnish with the white hair-like green onion strips.
