BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 1 handful soaked glass noodles
Meat
- 2 strips bacon
Vegetables
- 1 stalk green onion
Oil
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
Staple
- 2 servings cooked rice
Seasoning
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- A pinch of sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Boil the soaked glass noodles for 3–4 minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Cut the glass noodles into smaller pieces and slice the bacon into thin strips.
Slice the green onion into small pieces.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and sauté the green onion until fragrant.
Add the bacon to the pan and stir-fry until slightly crispy.
Add the glass noodles to the pan and stir-fry, pushing them to one side.
Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce into the empty side of the pan, let it bubble, then mix with the noodles and bacon.
Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan while stir-frying. Season with pepper.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, top with the noodle-bacon stir-fry, and sprinkle sesame seeds.
