- 🍗 Chicken breast, 1 piece (approx. 200g)
Vegetables
- 🥦 Broccoli, 1 cup (florets)
- 🥕 Carrot, 1/2 piece (thin slices)
Seasonings
- 🧂 Salt, 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper, to taste
LANGKAH
Remove the skin from the chicken breast and lightly season both sides with salt and black pepper.
Place the broccoli and carrots in a steamer and steam on high heat for 7-10 minutes.
Add the chicken breast to the steamer and steam for another 10 minutes.
Arrange the steamed chicken and vegetables on a plate and sprinkle extra black pepper as desired.
