BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 8 frozen dumplings
- 🥬 90g cabbage, shredded
- 🥕 30g carrot, julienned
- 5 perilla leaves, sliced
- Optional seaweed flakes
- Optional cooking oil
Bibim Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp corn syrup
- 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp cooking wine
LANGKAH
Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and slice the perilla leaves.
Mix all the bibim sauce ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Combine the prepared vegetables in a large bowl and mix well.
Pan-fry the dumplings until crispy and golden brown.
Plate the vegetables and dumplings, then drizzle with bibim sauce before serving.
