Main Ingredients
- ๐ Chicken thigh 200g (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- ๐ง 1/2 onion (sliced thinly)
- ๐ฅ 2 eggs
- ๐ 2 cups of cooked rice
Seasonings
- ๐ง Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- ๐ฌ Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Mirin 1 tablespoon
- ๐ต Dashi stock 50ml

Add dashi, soy sauce, sugar, and mirin to a frying pan and bring it to a boil.

Add the chicken thigh and onion, and simmer over medium heat.

Pour in the beaten eggs, cover, and steam over low heat for 1 minute.
