- 🍗 Chicken breast 300g (skinless)
- 🥦 Broccoli 1 head (cut into small florets)
Seasonings
- Olive oil 2 teaspoons
- 🧂 Salt 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper, a pinch
LANGKAH
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breast. Once both sides are browned, remove and set aside.
In the same frying pan, add the broccoli and lightly stir-fry. Then, return the chicken breast to the pan, mix everything together, and it's ready to serve.
