BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 🧀 70g mozzarella cheese
- 🍅 5 tbsp tomato pasta sauce
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
LANGKAH
Cut 1/2 block of tofu and rinse under running water.
Remove excess water and place tofu in a large bowl. Mash it with a fork.
Chop 1/2 onion finely and place it on top of the mashed tofu.
Spread 5 tbsp of tomato pasta sauce evenly over the tofu and onion mixture.
Sprinkle 70g of mozzarella cheese evenly on top. Add more cheese if desired.
Cover the dish with plastic wrap and poke 3-4 holes using a fork. Microwave for 5 minutes.
