- π§ 72g cream cheese
- π§ 1/2 onion, sliced
- π 8 cherry tomatoes, halved

Dressing
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- π 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- π¬ 2 tsp sugar
- π§ 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Cut smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
Slice onion thinly and soak in water to remove sharpness. Drain well. Halve cherry tomatoes, tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces, and quarter lemon slices. Dice cream cheese.
Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl. Add smoked salmon, onion, and lemon slices. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
Arrange lettuce, cherry tomatoes, marinated mixture, and cream cheese on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
