BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 piece chikuwa
- 50g snap peas
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Remove the stems and strings from the snap peas. Cut the chikuwa in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Boil water in a pot, add the snap peas, and blanch briefly. Drain and cool in cold water, then remove excess moisture.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (ground sesame, sugar, soy sauce). Add the snap peas and chikuwa, then toss to combine.
