BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 pack soft tofu
- 🍚 1/2 bowl cooked rice
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧅 A small amount of chopped green onion
LANGKAH
Adjust the amount of rice according to your preference.
Drain the soft tofu for 30 minutes in the refrigerator to remove excess water.
Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and sauté the chopped green onion.
Mash the soft tofu and eggs together, mixing well.
Once the eggs are partially cooked, add the rice and stir-fry together.
Season with soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing thoroughly.
Add the remaining egg and cook until the whites are set, leaving the yolk slightly runny.
Drizzle a small amount of sesame oil on top before serving.
