BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 1 block soft tofu
- 🧅 1/4 onion, chopped
- 🧄 1 tsp minced garlic
- 🍄 1 king oyster mushroom, sliced
- 1 tsp herb powder
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp olive oil
LANGKAH
Heat oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
Add cherry tomatoes, herb powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir and cook until tomatoes are tender.
In another pan, heat oil and sauté chopped onion until translucent.
Add sliced king oyster mushroom to the onion and cook until softened. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add balsamic vinegar to the onion and mushroom mixture. Stir and cook until the flavors meld together.
Arrange the soft tofu on a serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle herb powder on top.
Top the tofu with the balsamic onion and mushroom mixture.
Place the sautéed cherry tomatoes around the tofu and serve.
