- 150cc unsweetened soy milk
- 🍋 2 tbsp lemon juice

LANGKAH
In a pot, combine milk and soy milk. Heat over medium heat while stirring until warm to the touch. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, stirring to mix. Let it sit for about 3 minutes as it begins to separate.
Line a sieve with kitchen paper and slowly pour the mixture through to strain. Once drained, wrap the solids in kitchen paper, secure with a rubber band, and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Serve on a plate, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt.
