BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🍗 12-13 chicken wings
- A small amount of cooking oil
Marinade
- 2 tbsp cooking wine
- A pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp cooking wine
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 💧 1/3 cup water
LANGKAH
Wash the chicken wings thoroughly and marinate with cooking wine and black pepper. Optionally, soak in milk for extra tenderness.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and place the marinated chicken wings.
Prepare the soy sauce mixture by combining soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, sugar, and water in a bowl.
Cook the chicken wings until golden brown on both sides. Optionally, enjoy them with salt before adding the sauce.
Pour the prepared soy sauce mixture into the pan and simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the wings.
Turn off the heat when the sauce becomes sticky and clings to the wings.
