- π 2 bowls of cooked white rice
Vegetables
- π 1 pack of maitake mushrooms
- π½ 40g frozen corn
- Chopped parsley as needed

- π 1 can (140g) of tuna

- π§ 1/2 tsp salt

LANGKAH
Trim the base of the maitake mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces by hand. Drain the tuna can.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add maitake mushrooms, tuna, and corn, and stir-fry.
Once the maitake mushrooms soften, add warm white rice, soy sauce, and salt. Stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley.
