BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 200g spam, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Sauce
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 2 tbsp sugar
- 150ml water
LANGKAH
Prepare all ingredients by slicing the spam, onion, and green onion, and beating the eggs.
Pan-fry the spam slices until golden and crispy, then set aside.
In the same pan, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onion until slightly softened.
Add the soy sauce, sugar, water, and chopped green onion to the pan. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Pour the beaten eggs into the simmering sauce and cook until the eggs are set.
Serve the sauce and egg mixture over steamed rice, topped with the fried spam slices.
