BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 1 pack of Bulldak Bokkeum Myun
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Vegetables and Additional Ingredients
- 🧅 1/2 onion (chopped)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 🥚 1 egg
Oils
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
LANGKAH
Boil the Bulldak Bokkeum Myun in boiling water for 4 minutes. Remove the water and prepare the noodles.
Heat the pan over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Add onions and garlic and sauté until translucent.
Add the Bulldak Bokkeum Myun to the pan and stir-fry together. Add soy sauce and sauce to adjust taste.
Push the noodles to one side of the pan and scramble the egg in the other. Mix the scrambled egg into the noodles.
Serve the Bulldak Bokkeum Myun Fried Rice on a plate and add toppings if desired.
