BAHAN-BAHAN
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🐖 100g ground pork
Egg
- 🥚 2 beaten eggs
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp doubanjiang
- 💧 50ml water
LANGKAH
Mince the green onion and garlic.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, doubanjiang, water) in a bowl.
Heat 1/2 tbsp salad oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir until semi-cooked, then remove from the pan.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp salad oil and garlic to the pan. Cook until fragrant, then add ground pork and stir-fry until the meat changes color. Add minced green onion and cook until softened.
Pour the mixed seasoning into the pan and simmer while stirring until thickened.
Add the cooked rice to the pan and stir-fry to break up any clumps. Mix in the semi-cooked eggs and stir until evenly combined.
Serve the fried rice on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
