BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can (180g) canned salmon
- 🥬 3 leaves cabbage, chopped into 2cm pieces
- 2 green peppers (60g), chopped into 1.5cm pieces
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into 2cm squares. Halve the green peppers, remove the stems and seeds, and chop into 1.5cm squares.
In a bowl, mix together the sake, miso, doubanjiang, and grated ginger to create the seasoning mixture.
Heat the salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until softened.
Add the green peppers to the pan and stir-fry briefly. Then, add the canned salmon, breaking it into pieces as you stir. Finally, pour in the seasoning mixture and stir-fry everything together.
