BAHAN-BAHAN
Noodles
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Condiments
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
Vegetables
- 150g cabbage, chopped
Liquid
- 300ml water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces after removing the core.
Slice the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add doubanjiang, and stir-fry the pork. Season with salt and pepper, and cook until the pork changes color. Add cabbage and stir-fry briefly.
Add water and chicken stock powder, bring to a boil, and add the udon noodles. Cook according to package instructions.
Dissolve miso into the soup and simmer for 2 minutes.
