BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredient
- 1 block (250g) konjac
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Spices
- A pinch of sliced chili
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces using a spoon.
Boil enough water to cover the konjac in a pot. Add the konjac and boil for 1–2 minutes. Drain the water.
Heat the konjac in a frying pan over medium heat for about 1 minute until its surface dries and becomes puffy. Add sesame oil and chili, then stir-fry for another minute.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and mix while cooking until the liquid is almost gone.
