BAHAN-BAHAN

- 🦑 200g cleaned squid
Vegetables
- 12 shishito peppers
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced (100g)
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
LANGKAH
Cut the squid into 1cm wide strips and divide the tentacles into 2-3 pieces.
Trim the stems of the shishito peppers slightly. Slice the onion thinly and remove the core of the garlic before slicing.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, miso, doubanjiang) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add onion and squid, then stir-fry over medium heat for about 2 minutes until the squid changes color.
Add shishito peppers and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry until well combined.
