- 🥚 Eggs 3 pieces

- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil 1 tablespoon
LANGKAH
Wash the spinach under running water and cut it into appropriate sizes.
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper, and mix well.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
Add the spinach to the frying pan and stir-fry lightly until tender.
Pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it evenly.
Once one side is cooked, flip it over and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Done!
