BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 100g sprouted soybeans
- 🥒 1 cucumber (100g)
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Cut off both ends of the cucumber, slice it lengthwise, and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Place the cut side down and slice into 1cm pieces. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
In a bowl, mix the seasonings (vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and black pepper) well. Add the sprouted soybeans and prepared vegetables, then toss everything together.
