- 🧅 1 onion (chopped)
- 🥕 1 carrot (diced)
Liquids
- 🥣 4 cups of vegetable broth
- 🥥 1 cup of coconut milk
Seasonings

- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Heat a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil and onions, and sauté until translucent.
Add the carrots and squashes to the pot and sauté for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the squash is tender.
Transfer the soup mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
Return the blended soup to the pot, add coconut milk, and season with salt and pepper.
