- 🎃 400g squash (peeled, seeded, and diced)
- 🧅 1 onion (finely chopped)
Liquids
- 800ml vegetable broth
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- A pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pot and sauté the onions until translucent.
Add the squash to the pot and lightly sauté.
Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and bring to a boil.
Once the squash is tender, remove from heat and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve.
