BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🦑 1 squid
- 1 handful seaweed
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
LANGKAH
Boil the cleaned squid in hot water and cool it in cold water.
Cut the squid into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the onion and soak it in cold water to remove its sharp taste. Slice the bell pepper to similar sizes.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and pour the prepared dressing over them.
Toss everything together until evenly coated.
