LANGKAH
Prepare 2 handfuls of squid strips and cut them into bite-sized pieces using scissors.
Rinse the squid strips once in water and squeeze out the moisture thoroughly.
Heat a frying pan and add 3 tbsp of butter. Let the butter melt slightly.
Add the squid strips to the pan and stir-fry until the butter is absorbed.
Add 1-2 tbsp of sugar to the pan. Adjust the sweetness to your preference.
Continue stir-frying for another minute until the sugar dissolves completely.
Transfer the squid strips to a serving dish and sprinkle parsley powder for garnish.
