- 🥬 150g cabbage
Seasoning
- 🍬 1/4 tsp sugar
- 🟤 1 tsp miso
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp ground white sesame seeds
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise
LANGKAH
Remove the hard core of the cabbage and cut it into large bite-sized pieces. Place in a microwave-safe container, add 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until softened. Drain well and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the miso, sugar, ground sesame seeds, and mayonnaise. Add the cabbage and toss to coat evenly.
