BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/2 pack bok choy (100g)
- 10cm white negi
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fermented black bean sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
LANGKAH
Cut chicken wings at the joint into two pieces.
Place chicken wings and seasoning ingredients into a plastic bag, massage thoroughly, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Cut bok choy into quarters lengthwise.
Arrange marinated chicken wings on a heatproof plate with bok choy around them.
Place the plate in a frying pan, add 200ml water around the plate, heat on medium until boiling, then cover and steam on low heat for 12–15 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with white negi.
