- ๐ 2 eggplants (220g)
Seasonings

- 1 tbsp sesame oil

LANGKAH
Cut off the stems of the eggplants, peel them, and rinse in water. Wrap each eggplant in plastic wrap and place on a microwave-safe plate. Heat in a 600W microwave for 2โ3 minutes until softened, then let cool. Tear into bite-sized pieces by hand.
Tear the salad chicken into small pieces by hand.
