Zha Cai Sauce
- 🥬 1/3 stalk celery
- 30g zha cai
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- a dash of chili oil

Cut the eggplants in half, wrap them in plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Finely chop the celery and zha cai.
