BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- ๐ 1 chicken breast (250g)
Vegetables
- ๐ฅ 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
- ๐ง 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- ๐ฟ 1 sprig parsley
Seasoning
- ๐ง Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- ๐ง 1/2 tsp salt
- ๐ง Pinch of pepper
- ๐ 1 tbsp lemon juice
LANGKAH
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces using a slanted slicing technique. Season with salt and pepper.
Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and julienne it. Slice the onion thinly.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until the color changes, flipping occasionally.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, lemon juice), then place the carrot and onion on top. Cover with a lid and steam over low heat for 5โ6 minutes until the chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender.
Serve on a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
