BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/2 bag bean sprouts
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
LANGKAH
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (miso, sugar, chicken stock powder, sake, and ground sesame) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the beaten egg. Stir-fry until semi-cooked, then remove from the pan.
Using the same pan, add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add the bean sprouts and stir-fry briefly.
Return the egg to the pan, add the mixed seasoning, and stir-fry everything together until well combined.
