- 🍲 Silken Tofu 1 block (approximately 300g)
- 🌱 Bean Sprouts 200g
Seasonings
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- 🧂 Salt A pinch
- Black Pepper A pinch
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon

Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces and drain the water.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry the tofu until both sides are lightly browned.

Add the bean sprouts to the frying pan and briefly stir-fry.

Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well, then turn off the heat.
