BAHAN-BAHAN
Vegetables
- 2 bell peppers, julienned
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Protein
- 2 chikuwa, sliced diagonally
Oil and Seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Julienne the bell peppers and carrot. Slice the chikuwa diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the carrot until softened.
Add the bell peppers, chikuwa, and seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce). Stir-fry until the liquid is absorbed.
Add white sesame seeds and mix well before serving.
