- 1 head (100g) bok choy
Canned Goods
- 1 can (190g) canned mackerel in water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
LANGKAH
Separate bok choy stems and leaves. Cut stems lengthwise in half, then into thirds radially. Slice leaves into 2cm-wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add canned mackerel, and stir-fry briefly to break it apart.
Spread bok choy in the pan, cover with a lid, and steam-fry on medium heat for 30 seconds.
Uncover and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes until bok choy softens. Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
