BAHAN-BAHAN
Protein
- 100g ground pork
- 1 piece (150g) fried tofu
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Condiments
- 1 ume plum (honey-pickled)
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
LANGKAH
Pat the fried tofu with kitchen paper to remove excess oil, cut it in half lengthwise, then slice into 1cm wide pieces.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic after removing its core. Remove the seed from the ume plum and mash it into a paste.
Mix the mashed ume plum with sake, mirin, and miso in a bowl.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add fried tofu and cabbage to the pan, stir-fry until softened, then add the ume miso mixture and stir to combine.
