BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 Thinly sliced pork, 150g
- 1 goya (bitter melon)
Seasonings
- 2 tablespoons of miso
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of sake
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
LANGKAH
Cut the goya lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice thinly.
Slice the pork and sprinkle lightly with salt.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork on medium heat.
When the pork is browned, add the goya and continue stir-frying.
Add the seasoning mixture of miso, sugar, and sake, mixing it evenly.
Turn off the heat, plate the dish, and it's ready to serve.
