BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices bacon
Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetable
- 1 bag Malabar spinach
Oil
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
LANGKAH
Separate the leaves and stems of the Malabar spinach. Cut the leaves into bite-sized pieces and the stems into diagonal slices about 3 cm wide.
Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm wide strips.
Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Pour in the beaten eggs and stir gently with chopsticks until semi-cooked. Remove from the pan.
Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp sesame oil to the pan and heat. Stir-fry the bacon and Malabar spinach stems over medium heat until coated with oil.
Add the Malabar spinach leaves, semi-cooked eggs, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
