BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 🐖 Pork 200g (thinly sliced)
- 🟩 Firm tofu 1 block (approx. 300g)
- 🧅 Onion 1 piece (sliced)
Seasoning
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- 🍬 Sugar 1 teaspoon
- 🧄 Garlic 1 clove (minced)
- Vegetable oil 1 tablespoon
LANGKAH
Wrap the tofu with a kitchen towel to remove excess water.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add the pork and stir-fry over medium heat until cooked through.
Add the onions and stir-fry until they become tender.
Tear the drained tofu into chunks by hand and add to the pan along with all the seasonings, then stir-fry together.
Once everything is mixed well and the flavors are combined, your dish is complete.
