- Pork 200g (thinly sliced)
Vegetables
- 🧅 Onion 1 (thinly sliced)
- Shimeji mushrooms 100g
- Green peppers 2 (thinly sliced)
Seasonings
- 🧂 Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- 🧂 Salt (a pinch)
- Salad oil 1 tbsp
LANGKAH
Prepare by slicing the onion, shimeji mushrooms, and green peppers.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, then stir-fry the pork.
Once the pork changes color, add the onion and stir-fry.
Next, add the shimeji mushrooms and green peppers, and continue stir-frying over medium heat.
Add soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry until the flavors are evenly mixed.
Adjust the taste, remove from heat, and serve on a plate.
