BAHAN-BAHAN
Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
LANGKAH
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion. Remove the core of the garlic and slice it thinly.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes. Add onion and stir-fry until softened.
Add cabbage and stir until coated with oil. Add the seasonings and stir-fry until well combined.
