BAHAN-BAHAN
Main Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 50g cod roe
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
LANGKAH
Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized pieces. Make a slit in the cod roe and extract the contents.
Boil water in a pot, add shirataki noodles, and cook for about 3 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add shirataki noodles, and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add cod roe and stir-fry together.
Add sake, mirin, and soy sauce. Stir-fry until the liquid evaporates. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
